1. Open the FEE Mobile App
2. Click the SIGN UP button
3. Enter your Taiwan Mobile Number.
4. Enter your preferred Username and Password.
5. Input Referral Code given by your friend who referred the App, if any.
6. Click SIGN UP button to complete the process.
